Job Description:

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Sensor Integration and Technology Department (LX), Radar Technologies Division (LXL), Project Management Branch (LXLM) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $138,370).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating technical project resource requirements and identifying deficiencies with product, quality, or performance to develop solutions for improved processes related to munitions systems programs. You will be responsible for reviewing detailed project plans, cost estimates, and resource requests.
You will perform Task Manager responsibilities such as MS Project resource loaded schedule, financial planning, and risk management.
You will prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders that detail all aspects of project execution.
You will develop and review Statements of Work (SOWs), Task Planning Sheets (TPSs), and cost estimates that clearly define tasking, basis of estimates, and the amount of funds required to perform tasks.
You will monitor and control the project by oversight of cost, schedule and risks.
