A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience directly related to banquet service. This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.
Oversees the management and performance of event banquet staff.
Delegates duties to staff, set-up and completion of event, assistance with proper scheduling, labor control, linen control and payment postings.
When required will function as a Server, Food Runner, Cashier, or Bartender as needed.
Accountable for event props/materials and management of department equipment.
At times will serve as event Manager on duty. Guest interaction is an integral part of the position.
