The Work:

 

Design and implement Oracle
 
HCM
 
Cloud
 
Benefits
.
 

Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and
 
optimize
 
upstream and downstream
 
HR
 
processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, etc.
 

Provide
 
expertise
 
and guidance,
 
translating requirements into detailed configuration
 
tasks
 
across
 
programs,
 
plans, eligibility
 
profiles,
 
certifications
,
 
rate
s
,
 
open enrollment, benefit extracts,
 
etc. 
 

Create functional and technical design documents.
 

Facilitates design workshops for End-to-End
 
Benefits
 
Processes
 
with business stakeholders to understand business requirements;
 
demonstrates
 
understanding of business needs and
 
recommends
 
robust design based on Oracle
 
functionality
.
 

Support the planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live
 
preparation.
 

Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
 

 

Travel may be
 
required
 
for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business
