We are seeking an Onsite Technical Lead based in Boston to serve as the primary technical and delivery liaison between the client and offshore development teams. This role requires hands-on development expertise along with strong client coordination and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in hands-on development and conduct code reviews using Angular and/or Java (Spring Boot).
Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the client.
Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks for offshore teams.
Coordinate day-to-day activities between onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release management.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality benchmarks, and delivery commitments.
