Specific Responsibilities
Cleaning of all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and equipmentSweeping and mopping floors and washing wallsPerforming kitchen duties and trash removal in all kitchen areasWiping down counters, tables and equipmentRemoving trashHelping chefs in setup of food plates and miscellaneous food prep
This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends with shifts varying between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm.
