Job Description:
You will serve as an ADJUTANT in the G-1, MARINE AIR GROUND TASK TRAINING COMMAND of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Administratively managing and executing a full range of programs related to official correspondence, military postal service, postal operations, records/reporting, handling of sensitive information, providing customer service, management analysis, awards and planning, leading, supervising, problem-solving, delegating, evaluating/facilitating the full range of administrative programs and operations. You will be dual hatted as the Military Postal Officer and will be responsible for unit mailroom inspections, registered/certified mail delivery/accountability and the official mail budget.
You will be responsible for implementing Ant-Terrorist Force Protection measures for "suspicious" parcels/letters.
You will provide administrative support to the Directorate Staff, Directorate and subordinate Adjutants and/or Admin Officers/personnel by managing workload, assigning and overseeing the task of subordinate administrators.
You will extensively research all resource documents of all correspondence to be signed by the Command Deck to ensure compliance.
You will advise subordinate commands on special award program packages, accession packages, and other special program packages.
