You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the NC3 enterprise architecture vision, managing external stakeholder relationships, and ensuring architectural efforts are aligned with NAVWAR’s digital transformation priorities etc.
You will lead a team of architects and engineers using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to connect digital engineering, systems architecture, and mission outcomes.
You will develop and maintain the Navy NC3 Enterprise Architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with digital transformation priorities and higher-headquarters guidance.
You will establish and oversee architecture governance frameworks, compliance standards, and quality expectations to ensure architectural integrity across the enterprise.
You will lead the development of architectural roadmaps and transition plans that translate the NC3 vision into actionable steps, guiding execution, investment, and decision-making.
You will identify gaps in governance or policy and lead the development of new or revised guidance to strengthen enterprise alignment and architectural maturity for NC3 systems.
You will lead and mentor the enterprise architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning to grow the command’s technical capabilities.
