About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Bistro 28 on Ellsworth AFB. This is a flexible work schedule with no minimum guaranteed hours; however, you may work up to 40 hours.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience in and knowledge or methods and procedures relating to coffee preparation or similar activity. Must be able to know how to safely use the equipment such as an espresso machine. Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Prepares specialty beverages in a free standing specialty coffee operation. Operates a commercial grade espresso machine. Serves patrons directly, receives payment, operates cash register and returns change to patrons. Unload and Organize stock. Serves and prepares assorted items such as sandwiches, cookies, muffins, pastries etc. Collects/transfers trash from work area to disposal area. Assists with inventories.
