We are looking for a Infrastructure Technical Support Practitioner to support one of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas, and supporting specific software solutions and vendors.
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Provide intermediate proficiency in Windows Desktop Operating Systems is required. Intermediate proficiency in Incident Management is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations, Infrastructure Event Management, and Apple Mac OS is suggested.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve service delivery.
Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference and training.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support.
Position requires to be onsite in Hershey, Pennsylvania 100%
