Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience with contract management, execution, and contractor performance. Experience executing pre-award to post-award procedures. You will serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) hypersonic weapon system program, managing acquisition projects, contracts, and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements.
You will implement program-wide COR policies, manage training and assignment processes, and act as the primary liaison for all COR and Agreements Officer Representative (AOR) matters.
You will support COR leads with contract development, strategic planning, and execution management.
You will maintain a complete and organized COR file for each assigned contract.
You will review and approve/reject contractor invoices and vouchers for payment.
You will report on contractor performance, including documenting evaluations in systems like CPARS.
You will prepare and deliver briefings to leadership on contract status, prime contractor performance, and impacts to program requirements.
