Job Description:
You will serve as a Supervisory Security Specialist (Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection) of JB PEARL HARBOR HICKAM SEC DET. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing and evaluating comprehensive anti-terrorism/force protection programs; coordinating and implementing programs, policies, regulations and procedures in compliance with applicable laws, agency rules and regulations; ensures prescribed management controls are properly implemented; Serves as the technical expert in a wide variety of duties related to planning, supervising, development, management, and direction of all aspects of the program. You will coordinates policy and doctrine with major tenant commands and afloat units to effect uniform implementation through various chains of command.
You will ensure individual commands have the capability to counter potential and actual threats posed by hostile forces to include internal threats.
You will coordinate sessions to discuss actions and policies and assigns action items to members as appropriate.
