About the Position: This position is with the US Army Cadet Command 5th Brigade, Embry Riddle Aero University, Prescott, AZ.

To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience at the GS-06 level is defined as: Operating automated software programs to prepare charts and/or reports; assisting the organization with supply and logistics support such as supplies, regulatory changes, budgets and/or expenditures; AND supporting applicants with academic processes such as scholarship payments and enrollment documents. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
Serve as the key point of contact to the Professor of Military Science (PMS) regarding the administration of the Cadet ROTC program.
Assist applicants/selectees in preparation of enrollment and contract documents for the program.
Monitor pay reports for proper payments to the universities/schools.
Provide staff assistance in all areas of supply and logistics management.
Assist organization by coordinating with the university to schedule and coordinate various facilities for events.
