, you will help industrial clients transform how they sell, scale, and perform by combining sales strategy, operating model design, capability enablement, and digital execution. You will work with senior client leaders to modernize sales organizations, motions, and performance management, ensuring alignment with evolving products, services, and digital revenue models.
This role is firmly
front-office
focused, working closely with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams. You will help clients transition from traditional product-centric selling to value-based, solution-oriented, and digitally enabled sales models tailored to complex industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver Sales Excellence transformations across industrial clients
Define sales operating models, including roles, coverage, territories, and governance
Support
new sales
motions such as solutions, services, digital, and aftermarket selling
Lead initiatives across sales skills, training, and adoption
Drive CRM and digital sales adoption in partnership with technology and change teams
Enable purpose-driven and value-based selling aligned to customer outcomes
Design and implement sales performance management frameworks and KPIs
Support incentive compensation and quota models aligned to strategic priorities
Build and sustain high-performing sales organizations through enablement and governance
Lead workstreams and manage delivery teams across multi-country transformation programs
Facilitate workshops with senior Sales and Commercial leaders
