Execute growth, profitability and sustainability interventions, including Market Sizing, Growth Opportunity Analysis and Prioritization, and Zero-Based Budgeting across selling, general, and administrative (SG&A) and cost of goods sold (COGS) expense lines focused on corporate restructuring and fueling corporate growth.
Shape organizational and IT-specific strategies, visions, objectives, and calculated roadmaps, including people-first strategies, process improvements, and raising technological competencies.
Identify means to reduce tactical work efforts, optimize operational effectiveness, and future-proof capabilities through use of advanced technologies, including AI.
Support financial due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions by standing-up M&A clean rooms or assessing true value of synergies, while documenting opportunities to sustain long-term value.
