Lead Coupa enhancement and integration projects, focusing on seamless connectivity with client ERP and other enterprise systems.
Design, configure, and support Coupa modules in alignment with client Digital transformation/migrations.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and configure Coupa enhancements as per business requirements.
As the onshore lead for Coupa, plan and lead offshore team in delivering the Coupa & Integration enhancements.
Develop and maintain integration workflows using Coupa APIs and middleware tools. Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
Provide end-to-end support for Coupa solutions, including testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
Provide L2, L3 level techno-functional support on Coupa enterprise solution
Receive and manage end-user issues and ensure successful and timely resolution
