Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting management with researching, interpreting and analyzing qualifications and resource data to support fulfillment of project manning requirements. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will provide support to maintain and train a qualified workforce and manage overall departmental resources and manning requirements under the direction of the Shop, Code, Project Resource Manager.
You will be responsible for tracking and reporting qualifications for assigned employees and per the specific trade/shop.
You will evaluate short- and long-term work schedules to identify and coordinate training, qualification and work qualification requirements.
You will coordinate all travel process, including selection reports, conducting travel briefs, submitting request for orders and vouchers, and assisting employees with all travel issues.
You will prepare and issue reports using computer data bases, including leave, overtime, backshift assignments, licenses status, and training qualifications and schedules.
You will assist supervisors in collecting, interpreting and analyzing training and resource data.
You will have to give oral presentation and written reports consisting of graphs, charts, etc.
