SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the team while working alongside to produce a seamless operation throughout the day.Support team growth through ongoing training and development, helping associates exceed guest expectations.Provide consistent coaching and performance monitoring to ensure we deliver a truly world class golf experience, while fostering a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and joy.Collaborate with golf operations and restaurant leaders to ensure a seamless course experience.
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Support administrative operations, including paperwork, opening and closing procedures, inventory ordering, delivery scheduling, point‑of‑sale updates, and records control.Perform clerk and course server duties as needed to support daily operations.
TRAINING & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
This role offers hands‑on training in Outside F&B operations, leadership skills, and cross‑department collaboration. Team members gain ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement within Kohler Hospitality.
This is a full-time opportunity working both weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm.
