About Chemicals and Natural Resources
Our CNR practice is a specialist group within the Management Consulting team that provides industry leading solutions and services to Chemicals, Mining, Metals, Building Materials and Forest Product industries. An important aspect of our work is to apply digital solutions and services to help our clients transform to a new way of working – focusing on worker safety and productivity, asset performance, operations optimization, and innovative and effective supply chains. We collaborate with technology alliance partners as we work with our clients to strategically assess opportunities and customize solutions that address their challenges to achieve their corporate strategies and priorities.
About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering impactful change in the Chemicals & Natural Resources (CNR) sector? Do you bring consulting experience and a strong interest in helping clients navigate challenges related to sustainability, operational transformation, and digital innovation? As a Consultant in Accenture’s Resources practice, you will play a key role in supporting client engagements, contributing to high-impact solutions, and helping drive successful project delivery.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to address complex business challenges across Mining, Metals, and Forestry/Building Materials. You will combine structured problem-solving with industry knowledge to help deliver meaningful outcomes while developing your leadership capabilities within a collaborative consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Client Engagement Delivery: Contribute to consulting engagements focused on digital transformation, operational excellence, and sustainability initiatives within the CNR sector.
Lead Workstreams and Drive Execution: Take ownership of defined workstreams, coordinating team activities and ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with client objectives.
Build Client Relationships: Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and support development of actionable solutions.
Support Innovation and Thought Leadership: Contribute to forward-looking solutions leveraging Accenture’s technology ecosystem, including SAP, AI, Cloud, and data-driven capabilities.
Contribute to Business Development: Assist with proposal development, research, and client presentations to support new business opportunities.
Collaborate and Mentor: Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration while continuing to grow your own leadership skills.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Maintain awareness of sustainability priorities, industry developments, and emerging technologies impacting the CNR sector.
