Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet goals.
Drive end-to-end Lab Readiness efforts in support of custom NPI programs and HACK initiatives.
Manage lab buildout schedules, equipment installation, and infrastructure readiness to support NPI development and testing.
Partner with engineering, facilities, safety, and operations teams to ensure lab environments are compliant, functional, and aligned with program needs.
Track readiness metrics, dependencies, and blockers; provide timely updates to NPI PMs and leadership.
Coordinate allocation of lab resources, including tools, benches, network setups, and environmental controls.
Maintain documentation for lab configuration, readiness checklists, and operational handoffs.
Support scalability and repeatability of lab setup processes for future NPI growth.
