You Are:

Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

Lead client-facing workshops to define account reconciliation, transaction matching, close controls, and compliance requirements with Finance, Accounting, and Internal Audit stakeholders.
Manage Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation (ARCS) workstreams, overseeing design, build, test, and deployment activities while ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Design and implement reconciliation formats, matching rules, thresholds, aging profiles, and close calendars aligned with accounting policies and audit requirements.
Integrate ARCS with ERP, EPM, and source systems to enable automated data loads, transaction matching, and end-to-end reconciliation traceability.
Provide hands-on functional leadership and mentoring to project teams, actively participating in configuration, troubleshooting, and solution validation to ensure delivery quality.
Hands-on experience using Groovy scripting to build or enhance ARCS rules, matching logic, validations, and automation.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, demos, and proposal development for ARCS and broader close transformation initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on close governance, reconciliation best practices, audit readiness, and controls optimization.
Contribute to practice development through reusable ARCS assets, templates, accelerators, and participation in internal capability-building.
Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
