Military Grades: Enlisted SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level supporting the administration of military personnel management programs including requesting personnel actions such as promotions, evaluations, awards, and leave. Providing customer service and guidance on organizational personnel policies and procedures.
As a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR (GS-0303-7) you will assists the lead CSS in managing daily administrative and unit-level support, executes assigned programs in line with the Personnel Services Delivery Guide (PSDG), and supports training of personnel to maintain mission readiness and compliance with Air Force policies.
