Competitive Compensation:  $24.65 per hour, plus $1.50 shift premium 
Shift:  3rd  Shift: 10:00PM - 6:00AM plus overtime

We are looking for an  Enamel Cell Operator (Floor Helper Back 40)  to join our team in Enamel Shop. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. 
 
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 
 
Position is in the Enamel Shop.  
Working from a daily schedule, the ground coat material handler picks up ware from the casting finishing storage area and trucks skids of castings to the proper staging area in ground coat.  
Responsibilities include: Recording material movements accurately with a scanning device. Loading skids on the ground coat lines for spraying. Returning empty pallets and defective castings to proper areas in casting finishing.  
Communicating with supervision to help ensure that ground coat has materials to meet daily production requirements.  
Must learn enamel shop part numbers. 
Ability to operate a forklift is required.  
Lifting requirements are up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
