Job Description:

You will serve as a CIVILIAN PROGRAM MANAGER in the Executive Directorate (N02) offices of COMNAVSURFPAC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supporting manpower, training, and organizational development functions, including analyzing program data. Uses Microsoft office applications to produce reports, prepare program plans and proposals, and gathering and evaluating information to develop recommendations and support decision making. . You will serve as the Civilian Training, Awards, Health and Wellness Program Administrator.
You will manage the General Schedule Awards Program and develop the annual awards budget.
You will provide guidance on Civilian Personnel Programs and Policies.
You will manage the command Health and Wellness Program across multiple locations.
You will provide administrative duties for civilian command training requirements.
