Key Responsibilities:

Lead MP change management efforts across Compute and Storage programs for hardware updates, respins, and NCIs.
Manage qualification schedules and readiness across xVT teams (e.g., DVT, EVT, PVT) for sustaining hardware changes.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment between engineering, manufacturing, validation, and sourcing for qualification and production intercepts.
Drive readiness for NCI (New Commodity Introduction) programs such as HDD/SSD qualifications and optical/PON roadmap updates.
Oversee hardware respin projects (e.g., Vyper switch) ensuring qualification completion and timely MP integration.
Develop and maintain readiness trackers, risk assessments, and status reports for all sustaining initiatives.
Partner with Sustaining Ops leadership to build repeatable processes and governance for MP-level changes.
