This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week on-site in Pennington, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise architecture and program delivery initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.
Define and oversee architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps across multiple programs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable technology solutions.
Drive modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy systems to cloud-native and container-based platforms.
Oversee design, implementation, and deployment of scalable, highly available, and secure enterprise applications.
Manage program execution, including planning, prioritization, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and stakeholder reporting.
Guide teams in transitioning from monolithic applications to microservices-based and event-driven architectures.
Ensure alignment of architecture and development efforts with compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor system performance, availability, and operational metrics to maintain reliability and service continuity.
Lead CI/CD transformation initiatives to improve deployment efficiency and release management processes.
Coordinate integration efforts between internal systems and external agencies, vendors, and enterprise platforms.
Oversee data integration, interoperability, and enterprise data governance initiatives.
Provide oversight for disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience planning.
Facilitate architectural reviews, design approvals, and technology decision boards.
Manage and mentor architecture, engineering, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
Track budget utilization, optimize operational costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Communicate program status, risks, and strategic updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, collaboration, and delivery velocity.
