Key Responsibilities:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. You will define project scope and monitor the execution of deliverables while communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and outcomes.
Implement best practices in project management to enhance team performance.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative problem-solving.
Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
