Job Description:

This position is located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: A minimum of 6 months of work experience directly related to the duties described above, that included skill in working with professional kitchen appliances and equipment. Be able to communicate (verbal and written) in English. Experience must be reflected on resume to receive credit.
Prepares and cooks a variety of menu items.
Follows recipes to prepare items such as soups, stews, casseroles, gravies, sauces, hot cereals, syrups, meatloaf, meatballs, hamburgers, and croquettes. Adjusts recipes for larger or smaller quantities.
Brings prepared foods from preparation area to refrigerators or serving area. Picks up items needed for menu preparation; rotating food inventories as appropriate. Takes inventory to determine ordering requirements.
Operates kitchen equipment designed to mix and cook food items. Uses , cleans and maintains power kitchen equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
