Manage a comprehensive facility operations program.
Utilize various types of software applications to assist in tracking maintenance, custodial and grounds.
Conducts facility system inspections, evaluates facility operations during staff assistance visits throughout the assigned district.
Develop budgets to support the assigned facilities operations, custodial services, maintenance, and repair plans at the district level.
Compiles budgets, facility project information and other data calls from supervisors within a district to submit to the Regional Office using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Assist facility engineers with analysis of facility space management, MILCON and SRM projects, compiles district data to submit to the regional office.
Manages timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Plans, coordinates, and monitors facility-related projects efficiently.
Conduct technical briefings and presentations clearly and concisely to groups and individuals.
Assists the regional facility operations chief by providing team leadership to district supervisory facility operations specialist for all aspects of the facility operations programs.
