You Are:
You will be responsible for delivering dynamic support by identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business process. You are expected to serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate effectively, and guide the team to ensure high performance. You will be accountable for team decisions, engaging with various cross-functional groups, and contributing to key strategic and operational outcomes. Additionally, you will provide solutions to complex problems both within your immediate team and across multiple teams. You must possess expert-level proficiency in SAP SD Functional.
The Work:
Monitoring Day-to-Day activities like system monitoring and dashboard monitoring.
Coordinate with offshore and onshore team with respect to business requirements and lead the team to understand any challenges or issues facing.
Coordinate and interact with client team for critical business processes.
Analyzing system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance system functionality and stability.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Documenting processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps to build a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
Supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Order Management, Pricing & Formula & Average pricing, Packing, Billing, Invoicing, Returns, Output, and Credit Management.
End to end TSW-Nominations and Ticketing, TD-Bulk shipment and Exchanges processes.
Troubleshooting inbound and outbound interface issues with third-party systems, working closely with Technical and PI/PO teams.
Facilitating training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and team development.
This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX and will require 3 days per week in the office.
