Job Description:
You will serve as a CORPORATE RESOURCE MANAGER in the Radiological Control Office of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing resource allocation and manning requirements to determine radiological monitoring capabilities for the overhaul, repair or maintenance of ships or submarines. You will manage the overall division staff of approximately 500 employees, manning requirements and resource allocation.
You will represent the code in workload forecasting and the establishment and maintenance of the shipyard Workload and Resource Report (WARR).
You will review new work requests for availability of required skill levels and work force and recommends acceptance/rejection.
You will be responsible for identifying standardized format for reporting manning/resource needs.
You will implement policies in labor management and equal opportunity, schedule leave, develop performance standards for subordinate employees, evaluate employee performance, and recommend disciplinary action, promotions, awards and training.
