Job Description:
As a Small Business Program Analyst, you will be responsible for GSA's small business programs and chief advocate for small businesses within GSA. Location of position: Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Fort Wort, TX, Kansas City, MO, Lakewood, CO, Raleigh, NC, Tacoma, WA & Washington, DC We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $127,829 per year. Locality pay will be determined upon selection. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing guidance on small business programs policies, regulations and procedures; developing, implementing, and delivering training or outreach programs using multiple platforms; applying qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate and improve small business program operations; coordinating with stakeholders across organizational components to implement small business initiatives; and preparing and presenting written and oral communications on small business program matters for leadership and stakeholders.
Serves as program liaison, collaborating with leadership, teams, and organizational units to support communications and providing guidance and information to stakeholders regarding small business programs, the Small Business Act, and small business acquisition initiatives to inform and educate stakeholders. Develops, coordinates, and delivers small business acquisition and vendor training using multiple platforms, including in person, virtual, and web based on-demand formats, and implements outreach initiatives and events to educate participants on small business program objectives. Applies qualitative and quantitative methods to assess small business program effectiveness, evaluate complex and interrelated program issues, and recommend improvements that impact multiple organizational units. Builds partnerships across organizational units and fosters collaboration among teams and stakeholders to achieve program objectives and implement initiatives efficiently. Prepares presentations, briefing, talking points, and written communication for leadership and stakeholders, and serves as content creator, reviewer, and editor for official web pages and communication platforms.
