You Are:
Industry Delivery Lead - Industrial who is responsible for delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.
The Work:
Build and execute a Delivery Excellence strategy across Ways of Working, Coaching, Tools, and Training
Lead Product–Platform Operating Model rollout and adoption across product and platform domains
Coach leaders and teams on Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), metrics, and delivery governance
Standardize Definition of Ready/Done, ceremonies, and backlog-to-release workflow
Drive program execution: planning, delivery tracking, risk/issue/dependency management, and reporting
Optimize Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow usage, workflows, dashboards, and delivery transparency
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
