ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Leads and/or conducts project management, inspections and evaluations, performance audits, or similar oversight work. 2. Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives. 4. Demonstrates experience applying established standards in oversight work, including Blue Book, Yellow Book, American Evaluation Association’s Guiding Principles for Evaluators, and Institute of Internal Auditors’ Global Internal Audit Standards. 2. Demonstrates experience encouraging, mentoring, and advising others in a way that contributes to a unified team approach and fosters a work environment that promotes excellence, interest, and cooperation. 3. Demonstrates experience working within the Intelligence Community and/or Department of War.
