Experience working with Congress QUALIFICATIONS: Basic Requirements: You must possess 1 year of specialized experience at the level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower qualifying band or equivalent GS/GG level, which is directly related to the position being filled. Your experience must demonstrate possession of the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position.
