Seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, works well across engineering and business teams, and drives programs to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large scale, cross functional technical programs from concept to launch
Coordinate across engineering, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Oversee release cycles for software or hardware products, ensuring smooth launches and updates
Build and maintain program plans, timelines, and communication channels
Use data to support decision making, including writing SQL queries, building dashboards, or using advanced spreadsheet functions
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and proactively drive problem solving across teams
Implement process improvements and leverage automation or AI tools to optimize workflows
Operate independently in fast paced, evolving environments
