Key Responsibilities:

Upgrade Planning & Coordination
Assist with upgrade
roadmaps
, milestones, and cutover plans across multiple AITs.
Coordinate
environments
(DEV/UAT/PROD/CNR), build sheets, provisioning, and access.
Align dependencies with
DBA, Middleware, App/IIS, Cloud, Citrix, and Networking
teams.
Execution & Governance
Attend and participate in standups/checkpoints
, manage risks, issues, blockers, and change requests (CRQs).
Ensure
EOL/EOS
items are remediated against committed dates; escalate as needed.
Assist with readiness
(HLD/LDD approvals, build status, test completion, approver sign
‑
offs).
Documentation & Compliance
Assist with one
‑pager summaries
, timelines, RACI, runbooks, rollback plans.
Maintain
JIRA/ServiceNow
hygiene: statuses, comments, links to CRQ/REQ/WO.
Ensure adherence to
UCAL/SOX
, security controls, and audit requirements.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the
primary coordinator
across AITs, vendors, and infra teams.
Provide
status reporting
(RAG, risks/mitigations, decisions needed).
Prepare and present updates to leadership.
Testing & Cutover Support
Coordinate performance, functional, UAT, and regression testing schedules.
