Role Overview
We are seeking a Strategy Activation Filmmaker / Lead Animator to expand our in-house film capabilities and meet increasing client demand for dynamic, visually engaging content. This role serves as both a creative leader and hands-on executional expert, managing projects from concept through delivery while elevating our animation, motion design, and AI-enabled storytelling capabilities. As client demand increases and our creative pipeline expands, this position offers the opportunity to shape the future of strategy activation storytelling within a high-performing, innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead animation and motion design creative across multiple deliverables and cross-functional teams.
Manage film and animation projects from concept development through final delivery.
Translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives in partnership with clients and stakeholders.
Present creative concepts, work-in-progress, and final deliverables confidently to clients.
Introduce and evolve advanced animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling techniques.
Explore and apply AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, innovation, and production quality.
Ensure quality, consistency, and scalability of film and animation deliverables.
Solve problems in real time while guiding internal partners to maintain project momentum.
Design impactful creative ‘wow’ moments that enhance participant experience and strengthen sales efforts.
Mentor and coach team members in animation, motion design, and integrated production techniques.
Support business development efforts by contributing creative expertise and solution ideas.
Drive operational efficiency through improved workflows, cost control, and scalable production practices.
