Role Overview:
The Marketing Transformation & Operating Model Reinvention Lead is a senior transformation advisor responsible for redesigning marketing operating models, modernizing governance, and reinventing end-to-end processes—enabled by platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Monday.com, Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP, Target, Analytics), DAM, CRM, marketing automation, and emerging AI solutions.
Partnering with CMOs and senior leaders, this role defines future-state marketing capabilities that improve speed, alignment, scalability, and measurable business value. This is not a PMO or system implementation role—it is a strategic leadership position that ensures operating model, process, and technology work as an integrated system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise marketing operating model redesign and governance modernization.
Reinvent campaign and content supply chain processes to improve speed and transparency.
Align marketing technology investments to business-led transformation goals.
Develop value-based roadmaps with clear KPIs (cycle time, adoption, productivity, ROI).
Facilitate executive workshops and serve as a trusted transformation advisor.
Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.
