Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Lead AND/OR oversee the technical aspects of program development, ensure timely completion of tasks, guide teams in solving technical issues, and manage resources for successful project execution. You will serve as a technical expert representing the Program Management Office (PMO), with ultimate responsibility for ensuring projects meet all technical requirements for Marine Corps, Department of the Navy, and Department of Defense programs.
You will engage in all phases of systems engineering, including requirements analysis and verification, functional analysis, test planning, and the development of systems engineering artifacts.
You will provide high-level business advice, anticipate operational contingencies, and resolves unforeseen issues that could adversely impact mission effectiveness and agency decision-making.
You will direct the day-to-day work of team members, communicating assignments, milestones, and deadlines while coaching the team in problem-solving techniques and work procedures.
You will manage team workload by identifying, distributing, and balancing tasks according to workflow, skill level, and established priorities to ensure timely completion of goals.
You will act as the primary liaison between the team and supervisor, reporting on work progress, securing necessary resources, and communicating team recommendations for awards and recognition.
