Job Description:

You will serve as a Branch Head of Safety and Health Programs for NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NT-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in a leadership role administering occupational safety and health programs, advising, supporting, and evaluating programs for compliance with policies and regulations. You will administer overall safety compliance programs, advise and directly support the command in all safety matters pertaining to Naval Undersea Warfare Center.
You will evaluate and assess overall safety program compliance with all applicable policies and regulations and prepare and present complex critical and technical oral and written communication.
You will supervise safety branch responsibilities for hiring, performance and conduct, time and attendance, and workload management.
You will apply expert knowledge of federal safety and occupational health laws, policies, regulations and standards, operational directives and methodologies, and objectives.
You will direct, coordinate, and oversee the technical efforts of the unit, which may include subordinate supervisors and team leaders.
You will formulate goals and objectives, plan and evaluate programs, and implement changes to achieve effective economic operations and organization structures.
