You Are:
A MedTech R&D expert with an in-depth understanding of how business, technology, and operations intersect. You’ve got the know-how to help our MedTech clients design, build, and deploy solutions to help them get the right therapies to patients faster. You get a sense of quiet satisfaction from using your analytical talents to solve problems in new and creative ways. Plus, you always find a way to explain those ideas, thanks to above average communications, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Help clients, and other organizations in the broader healthcare ecosystem, get the right therapies to patients faster
Assess and improve R&D processes and their underlying technology platforms
Provide R&D technology subject matter expertise in areas such as PLM, product development, Regulatory compliance, etc.
Advise clients on how they can shape the next generation of technology capabilities to become data-driven, AI enabled organizations
Typical projects consist of definition of a IT roadmap, assessment of current technology footprint, and/or design and implementation of R&D systems to achieve a desired future state.  
Build relationships with client stakeholders that help Accenture become a trusted partner
Coach junior team members
Spot and pursue business development opportunities
Develop Accenture’s thought leadership in MedTech R&D
Travel - candidate should be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations.
