The Sales Associate II plays a key
role in delivering a premium shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked,
visually appealing shelves and providing knowledgeable, personalized service.
This position supports the store’s commitment to quality, cleanliness, and
customer satisfaction.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh, high-quality products
Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
Maintain visually appealing and organized displays that reflect the store’s upscale brand
Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and locations
Provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations on specialty, organic, and gourmet products and suggest pairings
Keep store clean, safe, and clutter-free
Ensure shelves are dust-free and products are front-faced and properly labeled
Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of work areas, equipment, and common spaces to maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic environment
Process shrink/waste through register systems
Use handheld devices to verify price accuracy
Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., produce, guest services, deli)
Assist other departments when needed
Support store events, promotions, and seasonal merchandising efforts
Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and store standards
Follow dress code and grooming standards that reflect the upscale environment
Will complete all duties and requests as assigned by management
This is a casual part-time position working both weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:30 am and 9:00 pm.
