Opportunity
As a Catering Assistant, you will support the preparation, packaging, and delivery of premium catering orders for private events, corporate functions, and in-store gatherings. You will ensure that every order reflects the store’s commitment to quality, presentation, and exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and a passion for food and hospitality.   
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and package catering orders according to customer specifications and store standards 
Ensure all items are fresh, accurately labeled, and beautifully presented 
Communicate professionally with clients regarding pickup times, delivery, details, and special requests 
Assist with last-minute changes or adjustments to orders with a solution-focused approach 
Assist with setup and breakdown of catered events, both in-store and off-site as needed 
Deliver orders on an as needed basis 
Maintain a clean and organized catering prep area 
Monitor inventory of catering supplies and ingredients, and notify management of restocking needs 
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines 
Ensure catering equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored 
Follow dress code and grooming standards that reflect the upscale environment 
Will complete all duties and requests as assigned by management 
This is a casual part-time position working both weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:30 am and 9:00 pm.
