Competitive Compensation: $26.55 per hour, plus $1.50 shift premium 
Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:00PM – 5:18AM plus overtime 
Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

We are looking for an Iron Foundry Operator – Herman Pattern Hauler/Cleaner to join our Cast Iron division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. 
 
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 
Perform all jobs on the Herman Line to provide relief and to train new associates. 
Check chang and maintain day codes on all patterns 
Check Sprue Formers go / no-go gauge before and after pattern changes 
Deliver patterns to and from pattern storage area 
Operate core setting robot. 
Perform pattern changes. 
Operate hoist and Crane as well as perform safety check sheet. And OPM list. 
Deliver core and change core in the robot core setting area 
Operate PIV as well as perform check list 
Communicating with operator and supervisor on pattern changes 
Inspect patterns and carriers when installing and removing patterns from the Machine tag patterns appropriately. 
Slag Auto pour furnace as required daily 
Attend tier one meeting 
Clean all areas as required 
Wear required P.P.E. 
Follow LO/TO and confined space (Training required)
