About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst for the Regulatory program in the Jacksonville District. Responsible for analysis, evaluation, formulating, reviewing, and forecasting various Regulatory requirements to provide budget and program statistics and reports related to manpower, supplies/material, acquisitions, obligations and/or expenditures for the program.

Minimum Qualifications for GS-12: Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: Maintaining records of funding, obligations and expenditures for assigned projects through financial management software; Developing spreadsheets, reports and databases for providing clear, easy to understand status reports regarding budgetary information and preparing financial forecasts based on past or future performance and other relevant data for budgetary scheduling and estimating. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
Deal with pressure and ambiguity while working to accomplish the mission objectives of the organization.
Analyze and provide feedback on projected execution of project funds compared to actual obligations.
Update cost share records in accordance with Federal Cost Share Agreements and provides periodic reports to Project Managers for coordination with non-federal sponsors.
Develop spreadsheets, reports and databases for providing clear, easy to understand status reports regarding budgetary information
Work with a diverse project delivery team adjusting approach of information provided (format, content collected, frequency of provision) to ensure successful execution of the organizational objectives.
Consolidate financial data received from Project and Program Managers for input into spreadsheets.
Prepare accurate budgetary financial data for budget development and justification
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for use in data and project justification on sheets.
