You will serve as a Planner & Estimator (Electrician) in the Facility & Infrastructure Management Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. You will work from engineering plans and specifications furnished, and any revisions that result from work site inspections and consultations you will determine materials required.
You will estimate the manhours that will be required and establish the time frames necessary to accomplish the work.
You will coordinate the electrical work required so that all phases of work will be accomplished in proper sequence to ensure smooth workflow.
You will be responsible for control of all mechanical working materials within Material Management Department.
You will make adjustments in work sequence as necessary due to changes in work scope or workload, unforeseen obstacles that arise, delays in receipt materials, shifts of manpower, and other related factors.
