Key Responsibilities:
Develop alerting and application dashboards using Splunk as well as utilizing APM tools such as Dynatrace
Implement synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Glassbox, Catchpoint.
Utilize ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
Work with Windows and Linux Systems
Utilize AGILE toolsets (JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence) and AGILE methodology
Shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration
Debugging and analysis       
Communicate and drive vendors, system admins and others to deliver solutions together
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX
