Specialized experience: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience in advising on the integral interfaces of manpower and structural doctrine to analyze current force structure and provide proposals on future structures of organizational units, providing advisory on regulation and policy guidance pertaining to manpower management, force structure, equipment, stationing, and designation, effectively documenting authorizations for the assigned mission and to develop, maintain, recommend and justify changes to unit Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE), demonstrating the use and skill in managing and updating WEBTAADS, applying analytical techniques to gather, review and evaluate data on military and civilian manpower requirements for various activities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
TDA and MTOE Manager for Special Operation units as directed by the Chief, MTOE/TDA Branch.
Conducts manpower analysis reviews of units Force Design Update (FDU) requests and manpower surveys/reviews.
Apply sound management principles to appraise and document civilian and military manpower requirements and utilization for assigned missions.
Performs research to develop directed portion of USASOC's Command Plan, which includes Change Management Plans (CMP), and staffing TDA actions.
Provides information to the United States Army Force Management Support Agency to document approved TDA and MTOE changes for all Army SOF units.
